REHDA Melaka’s 2nd MAPEX 2023 took place from October 31 to November 5, 2023, at AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka. Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, 21 developers, and Bank Simpanan Nasional participated in the 6-day exhibition to showcase over 3,700 units of various property types, totaling a sales value of RM1.42 billion.

The Opening Ceremony on November 3, 2023, was honored by the presence of YB Datuk Zulkifli bin Datuk Seri Mohd Zin, the Melaka State Deputy EXCO of Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management, representing YAB Chief Minister of Melaka. Also in attendance were YB Allex Seah Shoo Chin, Melaka State EXCO of Entrepreneur, Cooperative Development, and Consumer Affairs, Encik Salleh bin Hamidom, Executive Director of Lembaga Perumahan Melaka, Encik Abdul Rashid bin Ab Rahman, Chief Executive Officer of Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad, Datuk Ngoh Chun How, Branch MAPEX Organizing Chairman, Branch Committees, Branch Hon Advisors, and members.

As the strategic financial institution for this MAPEX, Bank Simpanan Nasional organized various engaging activities during the roadshow, including the BSN Got Talent Competition, Singing Competition, Fashion Show, and Local Artist Performances.
