REHDA Melaka organized its 1^st MAPEX 2024 at AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka from 23 to 28 July 2024.  The expo was officiated by the Melaka State Senior Executive Council (EXCO Kanan) of Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change and Disaster Management, YB Datuk Hj. Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin representative of YAB Chief Minister of Melaka, witnessed by REHDA Melaka Branch Chairperson Datuk Ngoh Chun How, Chairman of the MAPEX Organizing Committee Datuk Tay Chor Han, Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah Datuk Hj. Shadan bin Hj. Othman, Executive Director of Lembaga Perumahan Melaka Datuk Tpr Hj. Murad bin Hj. Husin and REHDA Melaka committee members. 

Lembaga Perumahan Melaka, PR1MA Corporation Malaysia, 24 developers took part in the expo to promote over 49 development projects with various type of properties in Melaka and 1 project in Johor. Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan Berhad (SJKP) & BSN were also there to assist buyers/visitors on housing loan enquiry.  

Various fun and exciting activities were held during the six days expo, such as violin performance, traditional costumes showcase, talent show performances, magic show, live caricature drawing, balloons sculpture twisting giveaway and instant photo booth.
