On 5 May 2025, a delegation from REHDA Melaka led by Branch Chairperson Datuk Ngoh Chun How paid a courtesy visit to YBhg Datuk Mohd Saleh Jusman, CEO of Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB), and his management team.  The purpose of the visit was to strengthen cooperation between developers and SAMB while addressing key challenges faced by developers in project approvals.

The meeting fostered constructive dialogue between REHDA Melaka and SAMB, with SAMB agreeing to review several proposals.  Further discussions will be held to streamline processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

REHDA Melaka delegates attended the meeting include Ms Jojo Gwee, Datuk Harold Ong, Mr Joe Cheong, Mr Tay Lian Heng, Ir Yap Bin Kim and Ir Christine Lee.  The meeting was also joined by Ir. Juliana Ashram binti Baharam Ketua Jabatan Perancangan dan Pembangunan Aset, Puan Norwati bin Sharif Pengurus Hasil & En Daiman Nurfaiz bin Mohd Daud Eksekutif Teknikal Agensi Perakuan.
