Dato’ Sri Ngoh King Hua, Chairman of REHDA Melaka, Committee Members and Hon Advisors recently made a courtesy call on the newly appointed Director of Jabatan Kerja Raya Melaka (JKR Melaka), Tn Ir Ruslan Bin Abdul Aziz. The visit was held on 4 January 2017, 8.30 am at JKR Melaka Office. The aims of the visit was to foster closer working relationship between JKR Melaka and Melaka developers. Both parties shared and exchanged ideas and views pertaining to the housing development in Melaka for the betterment of Melaka State.

Issues highlighted including the service road requirement, scope of works of planning department and JKR, Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) approval, the importance and trend of guarded community, Road Safety Audit requirement, Kebenaran Merancang (KM) approval, etc.
