REHDA Melaka Chairman Dato’ Sri Ngoh King Hua and Committee Members paid a courtesy visit to the Director of Valuation & Property Services Department of Melaka, Tn Mohd Zaki Bin Mohd Zain at his office on 31 July 2019.  The objective of the visit was to foster closer rapport and connection. 

Amongst the issues highlighted for deliberation including: –

1. Valuation for the release of unsold Bumiptera quota units for release levy calculation.
2. New Dasar Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pecah Sempadan Tanah Dan Belah Bahagi Negeri Melaka Bil.3/2019 (JKBB) dated 27 February 2019
