REHDA represents 1,000 property development companies and is involved in governance and advocacy for the delivery of housing and real estate to the nation, working with the Government and other stakeholders to enhance the wellbeing and housing of the nation.

On 13 January 2026, REHDA Melaka paid a courtesy visit to YBhg Tn Muhammad Zahiruddin bin Mohd Zahari, Yang DiPertua of Majlis Perbandaran Jasin (MPJ).
Persatuan Pegawai Kanan Kastam Negeri Melaka (PERKASA Melaka), in collaboration with REHDA Melaka and the Malacca Builders Association (MBA), successfully organized a full-day seminar focused on the critical expansion of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) and its profound impact on the construction industry.
The 3rd MAPEX Melaka was organized by the Branch from 28 October to 9 November 2025 at AEON Ayer Keroh Melaka.
